BLAST is excited to launch a series of extended group therapy programs similar to parent’s night out and holiday camp programs. Designed with BLAST participants in mind but open to all, these programs are for fun and building friendships with an emphasis social skills.
Thanksgiving and Winter Break Programs 2022
We are excited to expand our community events to include Thanksgiving Week and Winter Break Group Programs. These therapy groups are designed for BLAST participants but open to friends, siblings, and the community as well. It will include BLAST style social skills with games and activities, community integration (off site locations) and more. Unlike our traditional social skills training hours are longer (3- or 6- hour options) and a greater emphasis will be placed on friendship building . Sign up for one day or all. Half day and full day options are available. $50 for half day and $90 for full day, per day, per child. We require a minimum of 5 participants to run each day.
For these days, high school and young adult participants will participate in a leadership development program. They will be separate for most activities from our younger participants (depending upon enrollment numbers) except to practice their leadership skills

Year Round Options:
Evening Extended Group therapy: Drop your children off happens once a month, typically on a Friday night for a 3 hour experiential program. Participants enjoy pizza, theme based activities and social skills moments, social learning opportunities, and more. Costs for 2022 are $25 per night. Costs for 2023 are $40 per night.
School Holiday Programs: Split between morning and afternoon slots, participants engage in activities, games, and other fun through the lens of social skills training with trained BLAST staff members. Costs for 2022 are $30 per 3-hour slot. Costs for 2023 are $50 per 3-hour slot.
Summer Camp: BLAST plans to offer 1-week summer camp options in 2023. Details coming in January.
